Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova sent a letter of condolences on 30 July to Chair of the Great National Assembly of Turkey Mustafa Şentop in connection with the fires having cost human lives in various regions of Turkey.
The chair of the Azerbaijani Parliament asks the Almighty to rest the souls of the deceased in peace and wishes those injured by the fires a speedy recovery, both on her own behalf and on that of the Milli Majlis. It is also written in the letter that Azerbaijan is right next to the brotherly Turkey as ever it has been. We pray for you.

Председатель Милли Меджлиса Сагиба Гафарова 30-го июля направила председателю Великого Национального Собрания Турции Мустафе Шентопу письмо с соболезнованиями в связи с пожарами в разных регионах Турции, приведшими к гибели людей.
Председатель азербайджанского парламента испрашивает от Всевышнего упокоения душ погибших и желает выздоровления пострадавшим от огня, от своего имени и от имени Милли Меджлиса. В письме также сказано, что Азербайджан, как и всегда, находится рядом с братской Турцией. Мы молимся за вас.
